There can be more than one account using the same email address, if two or more people are registering and they share an email address; the passwords for each must be different, however.

Password Recovery

Please use this facility if you have forgotten your password, OR if your account has been locked (due to failed Login attempts).

Enter your registered account email address and click Password Recovery. This will send an email to you which contains a Recovery Key. This key will give you direct access to your account, so you can change your password.
