The Wind in the Willows
One of the best outdoor productions we’ve had  Bettina Zagoritis, Hidcote Manor Garden

When Mole gets fed up with cleaning she leaves her burrow and heads out on an adventure! Meeting Ratty, Toad and Badger she discovers a love of the river and the joy of the open road. Then Toad is persuaded to steal a car by some meddling weasels and is arrested, prompting the Weasels to take over Toad Hall to turn it into a theatre for their own amusement! And so it falls to Mole, Ratty, Badger and Toad to take back Toad Hall! Will they succeed?

Boxtree Productions brings you this open-air theatre with hilarious comedy, magic and toe-tapping songs contributing to this wonderful retelling of Kenneth Grahame’s beloved classic tale for all generations (age 4 upwards). And what better setting than the lawn at Acton Scott Hall (pictured)?

Bring blankets or chairs to sit on and dress for the great British Weather! Cancellation only in the event of dangerous conditions. Wind in the Willows themed refreshments will be available courtesy of Acton Scott Hall.

Now in their 10th year, Boxtree Productions brings open-air theatre to audiences all over the country.

Wonderful production yesterday, it was a real pleasure to welcome such a professional, talented and enthusiastic cast.  Simon Orr, Hedingham Castle
