Born in Madrid in 2002, Harry Raybould has a broad and varied background of music-making and has always been passionate about performing. Piano has emerged as his first instrument and despite starting relatively late at 9 years old, he made quick progress whilst attending the Junior Royal Birmingham Conservatoire as a child. After leaving school, Harry took up a place at the Royal Northern College of Music and was awarded a Diploma in Popular Music as a pop keys player. During this time, he also studied classical piano under Murray McLachlan and achieved distinctions in both the ARSM and ATCL examinations.
He subsequently gained direct entry into the third year of the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire where he currently studies classical piano under Anthony Hewitt and benefits enormously from having masterclasses with visiting pianists such as Peter Donohoe. He has performed locally and further afield such as at the Festival Percursos da Música in Ponte de Lima, Portugal during the summer of 2023 and at International Piano Festivals in Spain and Italy during the summer of 2024. As well as all things musical, Harry loves mountain biking and is a Sheffield United season ticket holder.
